We’re excited to bring Scout Mountain back. We hope you find time to attend both Pocatello Creek and Scout Mountain.
This summer’s going to be busy for the PFA. As soon as the gates to the Scout Mountain range open, we will organize a work party to repair targets and do some much needed post-winter maintenance. Check our calendar and watch for our e-mails for this and other work parties.
The Pocatello Creek outdoor range is looking great! The bag targets have recently been replaced and a shooting platform was erected over the "Gully" area giving shooters some unique angles. Get out and enjoy!
One final item: We are getting close to the time when we elect new leadership to oversee the club. Elections are held at the annual Scout Mountain steak fry and free 3D shoot the last weekend of July. I encourage anyone who has an interest to consider running for a position. There are four director positions open each year, along with the positions of president, indoor and outdoor vice presidents, and the secretary/treasurer. The club is only as strong as its members make it, so consider running for one of these board positions.
Thanks for all you do to make Pocatello Field Archers one of the region’s leading archery clubs.
I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming shoots.
Sincerely,
Scott Roberts
President
