Looking Back

​Thanks for a great last year! We had a great time hosting last year's events and meeting all of the wonderful members of our community! We had lots of new board members, and we learned a lot about our club members and what you guys and gals want to see and participate in! We want to offer a sincere thank you to everyone who helped with our work parties and those who responded to our surveys throughout the year. We couldn't have done it without you!

What's happening now

We just elected a new board for the upcoming year. Over the coming weeks the board will be meeting to plan this year's events and set some goals. Keep an eye on our social media pages and our website here for future updates. 

Looking Forward

Our first big event will be the Idaho Open indoor archery tournament starting December 14th, 2024. This is our biggest event of the year! We can always use more volunteers to help prepare for and run the shoot. If you are interested in helping reach out to a board member! After that we will start our winter leagues.

Reminder: BROAD HEAD SHOOTING INTO ANY PFA TARGET BUTTS IS PROHIBITED.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO TURN IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND CHARGED A BUTT CHANGING FEE.  IT IS DANGEROUS TO OUR MEMBERS WHEN WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE BUTTS BECAUSE BROAD HEADS DO NOT COME OUT OF OUR BUTTS EASY AND USUALLY BREAK INSIDE.  YOU MAY HOWEVER BRING YOUR OWN BROAD HEAD TARGET AND USE IT ON THE OUTDOOR RANGE.

Pocatello Field Archers is one of Idaho’s oldest and most active archery clubs. Located in southeast Idaho, Pocatello Field Archers operates three outdoor courses and a 16-lane indoor range. All of its facilities are available to members 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.

There’s always something going on at PFA. NFAA-sanctioned shoots, evening leagues during fall and winter, Indoor and outdoor 3D shoots, and youth JOAD and Explorer programs. Whether you’re an expert archer or a beginner; a target shooter, a hunter, or both, Pocatello Field Archers is a great place to enjoy archery in the company of our friendly members.
